So i'm in Canada on a temporary visa, applying for a student visa. I was told to apply in paper to LA and pay for the biometrics fee and wait for a letter telling me where to go, to do it. A couple of months passed and it was returned 'incomplete' citing lack of biometrics... So i call up again...

The stamp given when i arrived apparently isn't sufficient evidence that i am a visitor. Is there a way i can turn a simple visitor stamp into a paper version explicitly saying i am a visitor?

Ok just to clarify, i can apply for perm residence under the pnp (skilled worker - using same 'job offer' that got me the work visa) whilst on my work visa? (a work visa that is tied to the one particular job) I am a pilot by trade but low experience.
