mmm....I wasn't sure if I was MI2 or MI3 because the refusal and refund then acceptance post July 2011. Ive been holding off making a CSE not to annoy them but I think enough time has passed to warrent one. Will look into CAIPS after CSE reply. Thanks again for your time - appreciated :)
