Portal 1 is taking between 1-3 weeks right now from the day you have a final decision date in the tracker: Same for Portal 2 (1-3 weeks). It does not matter when your processing time ended. The timeline provided is estimated and varies according to the complexity of the case.

No I have not received the portal 1 email yet.
