    ok Seym ...Thanks.. Thats good to know. S kids can apply for Canadian Passport from Canadian Embassy in India ? and ultimately apply for OCI from India itself ?

    Applying for citizenship - Only Husband and Children are applying. But Children aged 11 are in India . Do they definitely need to come to Canada for Oath ? Is there a way to get it from Canadian Embassy in India ?
