Hi, I got my passport request, and I submitted my passport. However, today I received another "Biometric Validity Letter". It's the same as the one before. Has this happened to anyone before? I should be expecting a correspondence letter, not a biometric validity letter.

Is the tracker only for the applications through the secure account? because I tried creating an application status tracker account. I put my UCI and Application number from the ircc portal. It said it couldn't find the application. However, it shows its submitted since July 11th.
