I finally received my passport and updated (correct) COPR with marital status as ‘married’ today- 27 Aug 2024. Will be flying to Canada sometime next week.

New Delhi VO finally asked me to re send the passport for correction. Their email came on 25th July (2.5 months after I emailed them originally advising of the error). I have submitted my passport on 29th July 2024 and waiting for it to come back after correction. Will further post updates once...

Did u apply to get the error on COPR amended once you landed? I hear one can get that done by mailing the documents to Operations Centre in Ottawa. Did you go for that as well?

Hi @javaw When did u land using your original COPR? I mean which month and year? As I’m in the same boat and planning landing this month. So wanna be sure.

I see okay. Im in the express entry profile FSW. I contacted the IRCC and updated them of the issue. Also called the client support centre and they said I can land using the current COPR and then request for amendment (as per your reply) once I’m in Canada. They said they’ve updated my status...
