Update - CBSA and Nexus confirmed that a special 24 digit number is recorded at the land border Nexus entries and provided me with the standard Traveler History Report showing my 24 digit number and the missing entries

@xf2278389393 the Nexus Card entries at airports were definitely included. And the Traveler History search used both my Nexus card’s Member ID and its actual Card Serial Number. Thanks for the reassurance - hope they correct this

@xf2278389393 all of my entries to Canada at the land border when using Nexus are missing from the Traveller History report, but recorded in the Nexus system. Nexus entries at Canadian Airports are recorded. Exits to the US using Nexus are recorded. Have you heard of anything like this before...

@Abshar reply to your initial portal 1 email and tell them that your eCoPR is missing. I pinged them every day for 5 business days until they fixed it. But it was indeed 5 business days as they promised Also get in touch with your member of parliament

My app status tracker also broke on June 11. I sent a web form and they responded it was resolved, but it was not resolved.

As my case shows, the PR Confirmation portal is separate from GCMS. So IRCC finalized my permanent resident status in GCMS and created my PR card application, but failed to successfully upload my eCOPR to the PR confirmation portal. So while eCOPR usually happens that exact day that Pr card app...

@rgoud i think my case was an anomaly. There is nothing to do from your end after confirming presence in Canada and submitting photos if you haven’t gotten eCOPR within 3 weeks of P2 I would recommend contacting your local member of parliament
