It seems that they have an internal protocol stating that anyone whose medical check done within 4 months are not suggested to repeat again regardless of what you are applying. They even rejected us when we said we don't mind paying the fee again…They just simply said it is meaningless to repeat...

They will only proceed if IRCC confirm the medical check should be repeated again for PR application. Need to show them the email if IRCC reply
