What happened was he added my email to the application and so i get to see everything email sent by ircc. after the first email i have not received any update in 2yrs and im just feeling something is not right with the application. Not even Aor at this point,but for sure i will take him on .thanks

I agree the wait period is insane, renew ur passport n let ur partner do e application,

This is a bit complex, look for a correct immigration lawyer n explain your situation to him for legal advise.

Im out of status, i dnt ve work permit

I only received an email that said an application for pr as being submitted on my behalf and i not received anything again, i as e Lawyer for e update n he said its only shows submitted .

Is was it was 20months, I honestly didn’t know what this was about at e time of application.e lawyer too advantage n exploited over my nievity,now he has nt provided me with uci num to even check e status of e application, i want to know if i cn call ircc n provide them with my name so they cn...

I do not have my uci number as the lawyer has gone quiet on e application, thankfully i got married to a Canadian last yr ,so we are in e process of applying for sponsorship, but i will be happy if this goes through considering the time spent.

As a visitor who has a H&C application, i advise you speak to a lawyer asap
