    1 year of Canadian experience on a close work permit + LMIA exempt job offer (permanent job): can I claim the job offer 50 points for express entry?

    I have worked in Canada for more than a year now, my offer letter was issued in 2021 and it states that my employment tenure is "indefinite". I also have a reference letter that states my employment tenure is "indeterminate" and that I don't have an end date.

    @Mocha1989@ , I'm in the same situation as you are, I have permanent job, moved to Canada on a closed work-permit with LMIA exempt (Intra-company transfer). Did you claim the 50 points? Did you get a new offer letter from your company?
