Can anyone help me with information on what might be happening that the portal isn't recognising my file number and details as all is correct. It's been over 10days now waiting to use my file number to file my documents for CAQ processing

Did you eventually get your CAQ? Am faced with almost same issue....Am yet to file my documents after receiving file number...am just confused because I saw it takes 20 to 25 days to process the CAQ. It's being over 10days since I received my file number.
