Yes I know but I had seen approvals for the siblings with same situation or even who doesn’t have enough funds or ties that got approvals but as my mother is not PR she is also on visitor’s visa and can only stay 6 months, so most of the time she lives in India, its only this year she came here.

You can always go with reconsideration if you think they gave you generic reasons without looking into documentations.

1 year you need to show to IRCC as per requirements. For insurance, you can call different companies and get quotes and see what works for you. Also, there will be not much difference in prices.

I think it could work but at least if you can show around 6 lacs ($10k cad ) that can be helpful for better results also show 2 weeks or less time visit with this amount of money. I hope it helps.
