I don't remember, it might have taken a month for me or maybe even longer. But I don't think it ever showed as "action required", I would suggest contacting IRCC.

I don't know what the current policy is regarding old medicals. I think they're renewing them. I would suggest raising a web form or, if you can, calling them.

My medicals were eventually renewed and approved, you just need to wait. You can try giving them a call as well.

Same, similar dates. Portal 2 came from VO Montreal, although my PVO/SVO are Sydney/Ottawa (or at least were before).

I suggest you call them and state that it's been well over a year for you if you haven't done that already. Ask them to leave a note for the agent so they take a look at your application.

From what I've seen on this forum, the statuses may be wonky. Sometimes they re-evaluate the medicals closer to finalization. If it was passed the first time, then there is probably nothing to worry about.

That's normal and happens to some people. The status might not even be updated until approval. No need to worry.

It means eligibility was completed. The tracker info is usually up to date and CIC account info lags behind.

Thanks. It turns out my background check was completed the same day as yours according to the tracker, with a GU in my CIC account. I haven't received the portal email yet.

I ordered mine in July or August and am still waiting, too.

How long did the status stay empty? Mine has been empty for about three weeks now.

It is possible that your medicals have expired (they are valid for one year). I think you don't have to do anything at this point - they will ask you if you need another medial (but I think they will process the old one). I'll let the more knowledgeable members clarify this.
