i did receive email from IRCC and they ask me to send them copy of all pages of my passport i did send them last week and waiting for decision

Apply again, my brother and his wife's visa was refused three times from India, 2009, 2014, and 2019. this time i applied only for him on May 28, 2023 and on July 06 he got his passport stamped

i have same problem, i submitted my application and week after check again and says ''primary identification not provided'' in to return reason column, but status still shows application submitted
