Tracker updated on February 4th: Language skills, Physical presence, and Prohibitions were completed on February 2nd. It must have happened this morning after midnight because I didn't see any change on Feb 2nd or 3rd. Citizenship ceremony: Not started

Thanks @forw.jane There was a PDF document attached with instructions to mail it to the Calgary office. (Somewhat surprised since I applied from Vancouver and my test invite came from the West office) Anyways, I mailed everything. This was the first real communication I've got since September.

I got an email to send copies of my passport pages: "scanned copies or photos of ALL passport(s) and travel document(s) pages" for my eligibility period. Do I email it back or do I physically mail it? Also is this normal?

Yes! Background and test completed in September. Everything else is in progress. Oath has not started :(

Thanks @wink, I missed the buttons at the bottom. It seems like all you have to do is type in your request. So I'm requesting entry/exit records during my eligibility period using my passport number. Did you attach any documents? It looks like that's optional.

I applied for citizenship in January 2022 and got the background and test parts completed in September. There hasn't been any progress since then and I'm thinking of initiating this request just in case. In the SecureRelease portal, which option did you select? This is what I see...
