Thank you John We are in the appeal process and it feels very dark. When refused on officer opinion that our relationship is not genuine....I don't want to give up but at same time...so cannot see how we can possibly fight this... Heartbroken

We did receive the refusal letter and that stipulated we have right to appeal. Just gave a link to that form...at the bottom was information where to submit based on location....there was only address telephone and fax number. But I would assume it can be emailed.

No, our application was denied because officer said she had concerns our relationship was not genuine and she voiced that to him in interview and his answers did not convince her otherwise. Seems she already had decision before. If regards to asking about ARC or applying for visittor visa is...

If our refusal says husband is inadmissible-that means we can not apply for ARC, correct? Asking because you said your rep said apply visitor visa as will show seriousness

Hello and thank you for your reply. They didn't look or ask for his phone nor mention that in the refusal letter. I read about order the notes but if appeal they have (as of new rules) 60 days to provide me with the "record " which are extensive of such notes. Also read can order something...

Hello, I realize you posted this few years back. Just would just like to know how your case went. Our application was denied from Kingston as well...on basis marriage of convenience. I so do not understand how they decided. Perhaps some red flags but was easily clarified. Do you have any advice?
