April 22, 2022 applicant Outland online: Received pre arrival today. Last GU Nov. 25, PR tracker is still same. Eligibility in progress since Aug 18, background - not started yet.

I think PR tracker is always a day behind in updating files so all the changes that happened yesterday got reflected today while automated system updated. I got one ghost update today as well. I remember once I got Real update on Saturday.
