No that’s not VO , Sydney CPC is - case processing centre. They transfer files to different VO’s after sending out Med, Bio and SA. It should say on your SA letter, something like “your application will be transferred to” if does not have any VO name and just says “will be transferred to a visa...

Yes, I got one. I used to get updates around 10:30am PST but 3 recent updates that I got back to back , are around 9 am PST.
