Montreal office, and I just received it on 11.14 morning, and I uploaded the photo on 10.30

Yes, I just received Ecopr 11.14 after 14 days waiting since I uploaded 10.30 photos. Now the portal shows address is accepted but photo is still in review

Is it because close to the end of this year and limited quota of eCoPR?

NS nomination, submitted file AR 2021 FEB, then untill Dec 2021 AOR however, from then my file is only under info sharing from Dec 2021 without any progress till now....... is there anybody the same status ? how long it will take to wait in average?
