It says around 20 business days plus mailing time if you get regular service at a Service Canada office. It's more like 10 business days plus mailing if you go to a passport office. So Feb 4 is pretty much what I expected.

I think that I must be a real minority here- I actually got the oath invite email about 3 days before my tracker updated. My oath was virtual through the Winnipeg office. I applied in Montreal, my application got moved to Vancouver and then Winnipeg administered the oath. Go figure.

I have a US passport. I checked yesterday, and still zero movement on my FOIA request. Not sure if it was just the timing- my request was sent right before they changed the process. I was lucky that IRCC asked for and accepted other documentation of my residency. I have my oath tomorrow, actually.

Ask for an extension. I requested my CBP records in mid-August and I still have not received them.
