They cannot get the medical insurance card if they don’t have CSQ. But they can land in Quebec, no problem.

I submitted on November 18th. I called MIFI and they told me that CSQ was approved on 5th Jan. But until now they still haven't sent it to me. I don't know why they just keep it and don't send it to me.
