Thanks dksu and samina. Hi Issah-- It was my husband (principal applicant) who first submitted his medical last 10/02. All our Visa expiry is on Oct 02, 2012, though they received our medicals (dependents) last 11/26 of this year. Thanks!

Just a tip (and I don't if this will work with you guys): a. Count 5/6 months after application was received in your ecas, your medical request will come. b. When your address disappeared, your applicationi is being attended to and when it reappeared, expect a letter from the embassy...

there could be some differences in our processing...medical received is stated in my ecas prior to our receipt of PPR. It is still "in process" after we received the ppr. It only changed to "decision made" last dec 8 then after few hours we checked our shipment tracker in aramex its already in...

@samina, PPR is usually via email (if you put in your application that you are willing to receive correspondences from them thru email). Kindly verify the email add you submitted to them. Thanks.

What is the status of your ecas right now samina? If its "in process", be patient still, and wait until 1st half of January before you follow up to them (remember the email format). Thanks.

It's the feast of our Immaculate Conception today and a miracle happened.... As I posted earlier, I am dying to have our VISA delivered or just a movement in our ecas status... I attended the mass this afternoon,after which, the priest announced that a a seminarian is in need of sponsors to...

Hi Issah72! We sent it via Aramex, that way we can keep track of its destination. My husband sent it last 11/27/11 (from Riyadh) and they received it last 11/29/11AM. Sorry for my post earlier ...my mistake, it should be 11/29/11. Thanks!

Congrtulations Everyone!!! Just to give you an update: Our PPR was received by the embassy last 11/28/11, till now there's no change in our e-cas (still "in process" mode). Hope to get good news today...its been 7 working days since the day they received it though it stated that we should allow...

Hi Tess, IMOO, I will follow what is written in my LOA, if you'll read it again it stated that you are given 6mos to submit it to the desginated Office Unless, it is stated that "in case there is changes in the instruction in the CIC, you will follow the new advisory ...." :) .. :-)
