It depends on whether you live in the same area of your IRCC or not . If yes then the letter will take 3 to 5 business days. If not then it may take longer.
Anyways , don't panic I trust you will receive it on Monday.
I've just checked my e-case status today and found that it has been changed from IP to DM after complete five months of waiting after test/interview date.
New waiting period for the oath invite and oath has started now.
I don't know whether MP can be helpful in speeding up the process or not . In my case the MP office just contacted the CIC on my behalf and got the same answers which I used to get from the CIC call center every time I called them.

Applied in june 2016, IP August 2016 , test October 2016 , FP September 2016, FP done October 2016 . According to ATIP passed all eligibility assessments, still security clearance not started. no DM and still in process.
Sorry, I don't want to frustrate you, but here in Surrey we are waiting for more than 4 months after Test/Interview and no DM yet. Surrey is moving so slow too.

Is there any explanation for the slow processing in Vancouver and Surrey IRCC. We have done with the test and interview for more than three months and still waiting with no any visible end or reason for this waiting. All what we get from the call center is that the processing time is 12 months...
You can call RCMP and ask them. Find the phone number for fingerprints inquiries in the web site of RCMP. You need to know the reference number on your application which can be your UCI . hope this can help
