I am in Canada and my wife is in India. She received a letter from the hospital that we can only submit to Ircc through webforms. Maybe it is a good idea to wait for 1 week. Then call and check with the clinic if everything is ok.

It is a medical after medical request. Not a upfront medical.

As such no. Because had submitted her SOWP application and submitted her biometrics on 7th April 2022. So the portal automatically updated her biometrics data on the day I submitted my wife's visitor visa application. And no updates after that.

Hi Did you receive any response regarding your visitor visa application? I submitted my wife's visitor visa application on 20th May 2022, her biometrics were updated same day. After that the portal is showing that the application is still in progress.

Painful. Is there any expected time by which they are supposed to finish the review? They are hardly doing anything regarding the webform. They mentioned that they have forwarded the information to the New Delhi Visa office. After that nothing happened.

Indeed it is frustrating. There is hardly anything that can be done in this regard.
