Do you mean Bio metrics filled out in the GC key? if yes then it's really fast. For your visa rejection, I think they would have a copy when they pull up your file. So I am not sure if they take any steps against it other than a general query but I hope they don't do anything

I did my medical last year too but I did one after ITA too! I submitted the recent one!

For some reason in my GC key Under medical it says Medical is not required at this moment i dont know if this means it is exempted or not???
