What i meant by established in home country - is that to stay in the country for a month to apply only. I already have 4 properties and investments in India under my name - so financially and in terms of property & family I have enough home ties in the home country.

That's a great detailed explanation. I don't intent to travel to India to submit it, as I feel the same - I reside in UAE and should apply from here, showing my home ties to India. Assuming they have flagged my application, so i think immigration lawyers is a better option to move forward...
