Thank you~~~ I only see "application/profile updated" twice during weekend. Not sure if it is system error or something. Few weeks ago I called IRCC and the agent told me eligibility hasn't started yet and background check was still processing. That's how I know my file was in Montreal office.

Thank you!!! My local Visa office is Vancouver. When I called IRCC few weeks ago, my application was in Montreal. Both portal email and COPR were issued by Vancouver

I received portal email today. AOR Feb 28 Montreal

Now it is showing application/file updated. Last time got the same status was around 3 weeks ago...Not sure if it is a good sign

AOR Feb 28.. Called IRCC 2 week ago and be advised that not even start eligibility check. My friend AOR in March and already received portal email...Montreal office is sooooooo slow:(
