Hi guys, I have a temporary PR paper validation though still awaiting for the actual PR card to arrive via post. As you can see from the thread, it's been a year.. is this normal or would the card be lost now? Is there a number I can reach to find out? Thanks

I called their general line and waited like all others for 30mins+ but failed to get through so left a voicemail and someone did get back to me the next day. Try this number and leave a voicemail and your number. They will call back, it could be a few days but they do. +1 888-242-2100.
