Yes. medical is expired now... yes 2nd application..for my first application I got bvl and refusal one after other.. So do you think there is a slim chance for PPR?

I really don't know what ever they said was true or not.. Because I asked multiple times if it's passed or failed.. she said it's in progress and the file is open. I informed her - "then why did the previous agent inform that the eligibility is failed" for that, she replied that I do not know...

This is comforting... Mine is in progress now after they said eligibility is failed.. I will have to wait and watch to know the truth.

My medical is passed and is expired now.. do I need to provide a new medical report? IRCC has not requested yet.. What do I do?

when I called then first time they said it’s completed, second time in progress, third time failed, forth time in progress.. I don’t know what ever they are saying is even true.!!

I agree on that.. same case.. but I called them last night and she said that the eligibility is in progress and file is open and in progress, no decision has been taken yet is what she said.. I asked her multiple time if it’s failed she said it’s in progress and open.. I don’t know what they are...

We can't predict IRCC ... nothing falls under good or bad until we get the decision

I am in the same situation. Medical passed on 20th May.... received bvl on 27th May and now the medical is expired. They haven't requested any new medical tests. Please help.. Do I go ahead and get Upfront medical and send it to them or wait for them to request?
