Yes i agree. However, this was not just a liscense it was a certificate as it had our marriage date, witness & location of marriage, name of bride &groom. So it was really a certificate just very detailed.

It has a certificate number but says marriage licenses. My issue is, if someone read in detail that form would realise its a valid 'govt issued id for proof of marriage' has all the details of marriage in it. !!!
