I applied in 2019, and got marked as "completed" for my citizenship test on June 3 2021 (original one cancelled due to COVID) and so far nothing regarding oath!! I know tons of people that applied in (mostly late) 2020 and have already become Canadian citizens. This is insane... Anyone else...

There is no telling when you will get your new date, I know people who were in the same situation and they got rescheduled 8 months later, others 3 days later. You never know with the IRCC... I wish you all the best and hope you receive it soon.

I am not 100% sure so please don't quote me on this one but if you are called to take the oath I do believe you have to be in Canada and if I were you that's not something I would want to reschedule. However, there is no telling when you will be called for the oath. Will you be able to come back...

Do not try to do it before Dec 10, you don't want to jeopardise anything. Do it in the time frame they gave you!

Hi, I took the citizenship test I believe on June 1 2021 and my status on ECAS was updated to "completed" on June 3 2021. I never received an email to confirm this and have not heard anything else since then. Should this be a concern or is this regular waiting time? Thanks :)
