    I haven't received BVL yet. I still called them up and asked for my VO and eligibility review. The lady said " Your visa office is CPC Ottawa and your eligibility review is still in process." Timeline is in my signature.

    everywhere I ask, people always say to put SOP but when I checked the official document list for SDS it said otherwise. I'll see when I apply for the visa. Anyway, please do update whenever you get your PPR, thanks!
