Please help! I sent pictures via mail to etobicoke office in April 19th, 2021. I received an update on IRCC login that application is approved and PR card mailed as of October 12. My application was sent via mail. Can someone please advise how long it can take for card to be delivered?

yes i have emailed them today so waiting for response. Im not sure why this would be the case for me when everyone has received the online portal request.

i have seen security goes from not started to completed in less than a week. It happend to me , i called IRCC they said Criminality is pending and security not started then a week later i called again and everything was passed.
