Nope. My medical expired on 5th Feb,2021. Thankfully after the COPR. They never replied to my email to them asking about this ValidTo date.

I submitted my address and photo on Jan 3rd on the portal. The agent who sent me email to ask for the details before providing the portal credentials was agent LY*** from Etobicoke as well.

Same for me. I uploaded picture and updated address. Now when I go back to check status, I see the same message and am not able to login.

Update on this: IRCC finally created my account on the COPR portal 5 days ago. I have completed the steps mentioned therein and now I am waiting for the COPR. Not sure how long it's going to take but keeping my fingers crossed. :)

Thankyou @joy857, @legalfalcon . I send them a web form requesting to create an account on the COPR portal suggested above and they sent us an email asking for our details . Hopefully, IRCC will create our account soon now. Waiting and hoping for the best. Thanks for your help.
