ok so i cant get vulnerable open work permit after reporting him without proof if am justified? and how long this is takes to change an employer on a work permit for ex i just got it extended in dec so if i change now how long will it take to process?

i didnt paid him , i was asked for the job and an employee was in demand but later on he asked for money , and he said it will cover for the fees of lawyer when i will apply for PR. but again he asked for money. which in no way is legal.

but what if i dont have proof?
