No they did not ask me whether i am in canada or not. But i think after the email, they will send a second email about how to access to the portal.

Hey, No they did not send CoPR. When i check my application online, it still says reviewing the eligibility. AOR: March 20, Biometrics: Oct 21 Medical May 19.. This is why i am confused with the email.
