Hi All...I have a quick question on tracking OCI application...In the "Passport" field on BLS OCI tracking page ; should I enter my cancelled Indian passport details or Canadian passport details?

I can see the status now "Processing at Consulate"

Hi Guys...I sent by postal application for surrender certificate on Jan 17th...I tried tracking the status on BLS site providing my passport number but it's giving me the status of the new passport request that I submitted in 2020....any idea how I get status of my surrender certificate application?

Okay..Does acknowledgement mean that they have reviewed all the documents you have sent and everything looks good I.e. no additional documents are needed?

I am experiencing the same...applied in person on Dec 21st for myself, my wife and my 8 year old...till earlier this week online status showed "We have received your application and are now processing it" for myself and my family but today it's showing as "We can't give you the application...

No I didn't send blank form as it was mentioned in the oath invite that it's not required for minors...while sending our signed forms; I did mention in the email about this as well.

We had our oath ceremony on Dec 6th (Noagara office)...I and my wife were able to download our certificates on Dec 15th but we are still not able to download certificate for my 8 year old who attended the ceremony with us..I have already sent an email to Niagara office...

Yes..my son also received the oath invitation and he attended it as well. @chivinas were you able to download your kid's certificate on the same day i.e. the day when you downloaded your certificate or there was a lag?

Hi All..We attended virtual oath ceremony (Niagara Falls office) on Dec 6 1:15 pm..I and my wife were able to download citizenship certificates from our respective accounts yesterday but my 8 year old son's citizenship certificate is still not available...I used my account for his citizenship...

I am still not able to download my son's e-certificate...do you know what's the IRCC helpline number I can call and check?
