If IRCC comes back with additional proof of intent to return, in that case, I will come to Canada with my wife and update them of our Canadian address, flight tickets, entry stamps etc then hopefully it should be enough, and finally do the virtual landing for my wife once approved

You might want to consider moving to Canada first before submitting the application since your spouse can visit you. Your spouse won't be able to work immediately, but intent to return will not be a problem, and if you can get a job upon returning to Canada, having a steady income will help with...
