    Hello house, I have been refused canadian study visa in the past. how should the question on express entry profile which states "has xvz applied to immigration refugee and citizenship canada before? Does this question have to do with PR visa or all kinds of canadian visa?

    the link takes me to 2016 NOC which clearly shows my NOC under 1122. However the 2011 NOC classification is what is currently in use by CIC which does not have my NOC. What do i do.

    My NOC was not under noc 2011 but has been included in 2016. My fear is that CIC still refer to NOC 2011. under 2011 compliance officers are not included but have now been included under 2016 under NOC 1122.Any in similar shoes?
