Anyone else having issues getting GCMS notes within 30 days recently? I have a request that has been pending over six weeks and no notes. I have always gotten them within 30 days before. CIC acknowledges they are late and says the request had been assigned "priority" status, but still no notes.

Under what circumstances does CIC request fingerprints as part of the citizenship process? Why are some applicants asked for fingerprints and others are not?
