I applied for visa on 17th november under non spp since my visa previously got rejected under spp on 31st oct.

I had a talk with agency through which I applied for spp. They are suggesting me to reapply my application under non spp. Now that doesn't make any sense. Should I do it? and please can anyone brief me about applying under non spp?

@dufferdexter: Thanks a lot! It's really helpful information but if I ask for crips note now wouldn't it be too late for reapplying since it takes 4 weeks and I'm planning for jan intake ?? :(
