Hi all My friend got AIP in February now his lawyer told him to renew his passport but hi is failed refugee and don’t have passport how can he renew his passport What should hi do why they need passport.

Hi all my lawyer apply my first HC I give him my complete file 1 month before and till date he didn’t take my sign on any paper and he says I already apply your fill is it possible pls help.

Hi guys if I apply federal appeal in January and now I am going to apply for H&C also and if my federal refuses me in that case are CBSA call me for interview if yes what I have to do to save from deportation.
