i see. mine is a study permit. biometrics and eligibility is already completed in my app tracker. do you thing, when eligibility appears to be completed it has a a positive sign on my application and it means my eligibility passed?

No im in a regular stream. Someone said to me, either refused or approved, eligibility will still be says completed. Idk if its true
