I don't understand why they can't follow some kind of sequence in the way they give the PPRs. It's completely ridiculous that they have not touched files from Oct and early nov, and they've started distribution for mid Nov for people in the same application categories .

Not very sure either. But if you check out the September group, a lot of applications from mid September are getting approved now. Judging by that timeline, I'd say we're looking at march 1st week as the earliest possible PPR
