Yes you can until ur employer or someone bring it to light to the provincial government that you have moved then they may ask you questions on why you moved.

Still tells me background in progress hopefully tomorrow it changes

No coz my lawyer sent it on Thursday last week and they recieved on Friday. Did u have any updates?
