Is there any fixed time for the draw ? Usually at wat time

It is highly likely that it will happen tomorrow and it is definitely going to be above 445 and maybe even 450 since it is going to happen after 3 weeks from the previous draw.

I was very much determined that in this coming draw crs score would be less than 445. But after knowing that Manitoba has issued 492 pnp application for this draw ,anything less than 448 looks bleak for this draw .

Does crs score of 446 have any chance for this draw ?

How are you so sure that it will be only on Wednesday??
