I just checked processing time for spousal applications. I'm surprised by seeing its 17 months from 16 months. We were thinking they will decrease the timeline but they are increasing it. We are July end applicant. Still many months to go

When you applied for TRV and then how much time gap was there in re consideration request. Did you apply online for TRV. I am asking so that I can also send reconsider request to IPM. Kindlt share details.

I dont think so if a person is not having travel history then they will reject. I saw a case who got TRV even her spouse was on TRV in Canada (BCPNP) and no assets were there. Rs. 45000 shown in indian bank statement and $ 12000 shown in Canada. She got TRV and now in Canada.

Business, Property all papers along with valuation of property with good bank balance. Submitted support letter of MP too. It was my oath ceremony and sponsored him. Earlier sponsored so that we can celebrate our 1st all festivals together but they denied and I had to fly.

Wts ur Quali & Experience & from which country u applied??? Dont go immidiately for study visa after getting rejection of Caregiver. Doesnot show ur intention to officer work or Study???
