In the email they have asked you - planned date of return for canada. You can reply to the email - explain your situation. Give them your tentative date of return. Hopefully they should contact you again after your return date for this process. But also call IRCC and get their suggestions.

Yes till today noon it was stuck at Med/bio complete. eligibilty background not started. Today I got the portal email and everything is turned to completed now. I can see COPR expiry too.

Caught another GU today - medical status changes to "You passed the medical exam". I dont understand this status because medical was already passed at 12th January. Rest of the status remains the same. Has anyone faced the same ??

I had done some research about this some time back because I have travel plans too. TRV and permits get cancelled after you have finished the steps in portal and are waiting for delivery of PR card. If you haven't done that yet and have just received your first email - you can explain to them...

It was same for me. They were not at all happy. for PVO SVO names they just told me OSC and said thats all we can see here.

Do you guys think that people who have good amount of time left it their work permits see extra delay in their cec application ? I have AOR - 10th Dec and have seen no updates/GUs or tracker progress since med/bio link of 12th Jan.

Call the IRCC number. Listen to the 1st welcome recording. As soon as they start reading 1st menu of options - press 2. When they start next menu - press 1. Then in next - 2 next - 0 Dont bother listening to the options it will just slow you down. Try this several times and if lucky you are...

Yes thats the number. Do the 2-1-2-0 trick. I tried 5 times in the morning couldn't get throught. Then tried 8 times around 2 PM and it worked after that. Took the callback option and got it after 40 minutes.

Yes. After several attempts I was able to connect. They told me criminality is passed. Eligibility and security not started. For VO they said they saw just Ottawa. Not exactly sure how that works.

Exactly same for me. People with late December AORs have started getting portal emails, this process is so confusing.

Your portal email should mention the primary VO which sent it. Can you please check.
