if u legally reside in Canada as an International Student ,as in ur case 8 month courses in Equivalent to 1 year degree usually,have u done ur diploma?, and secondly u will not need to fall under 38 occupation list ,u just need to show that u have job offer which comes under type A.B or 0

Buddy u will get 22 points for Education ,10 point for Age,14 point for Ielts,5 point for Adaptability and if Married then 10 for that,Unfortunately Ur Experience will not count as per my knowledge coz what i heard EXP will count after Bachelor's or in the last year of BBA. this is my opinion...

@ Ramneek and Manzoor plz tell me that when i saw NOC 1111 for Accountant,the education requirement is CA ,but there are many people who applied under this category,,i am confused ,i have a experience of 1 year as an accountant so i can also claim points for that what u guyz say???/

PLZ help me out I have 4 years Bachelor's Degree + 1 Years Master's(MBA) how many points should i counnt bcoz it makes 17 years of education .should i count 25 points and my wife has a master degree total of 16 years of education + 1 years diploma how many points she will get
