My checklist didn’t say I should submit my ECA report,so I only submitted my masters degree certificate without the ECA report.Hope no issues would arise!

There’s no compulsion,or better still get a transaction receipt showing the funds leaving your fathers account and been credited into yours

I would prefer your uncle sending the funds to ur parents(either mum or dad). Thereafter prepare gift deed for either mum or dad.Taking funds through gift deed goes to show your funds were not borrowed

Do I also need to create separate affidavits and LOE for my parents also?

Guys when using a FD as PoF, do you need to submit 6months bank statement? Secondly,I got my PoF from both my mother and father through separate transactions.Do I need to submit separate gift deed for my mom and dad,or I can use just one gift deed to explain?

Can you pls explain how fixed deposit as PoF works? What do u say of a fixed deposit account created less than 6months? Say the fixed deposit account was created July.Can u only submit the FD certificate and bank letter without explaining source of funds.

Do you mean the average balance of the statement of account,or statement for instance, May,June,July,August etc etc
